For customers within our local delivery area, your order may be delivered directly by the World of Paws team.

We deliver locally Monday to Saturday, excluding selected public holidays. Orders within our local delivery area are generally delivered within 2–5 business days.

On the day of delivery

We'll send you an email notification or a text message when your order is out for delivery.

Once you receive your notification, your order will generally arrive within approximately 3 hours.
